Notice Processing Specialist

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled Notice Processing Specialist to join our parking services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the reduction of representations, particularly those related to CCTV and School Street schemes.

The successful candidate will need to possess a complete understanding of the relevant traffic and parking legislation, as well as proficiency in the use of standard word processing systems used to progress parking appeals. You will also need to have a proven ability to prepare appeal papers for submission to the Environment and Traffic Appeals service, and represent the Council at Appeal Court Hearings when necessary.

A relevant qualification in parking notice processing is essential, with WAMITAB Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 being required. Previous experience of working in a similar role is also necessary, with a proven ability to manage and prioritise a demanding personal workload, consistently achieving individual work objectives, standards, and performance.

As a Notice Processing Specialist, you will be expected to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with other council officers, the Police, Transport for London staff, and other local authorities regarding parking and traffic appeals and other related matters.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £18.66 per hour, paid on a PAYE basis. You will also enjoy a flexible working schedule, with 36 hours worked over Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 16:00.
