Role Title - Retail Assistant - Cardiff Coryton

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team in Cardiff Coryton. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • £11.44 per hour
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working

You will be based in Cardiff Coryton but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.
