About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The North Face in Cardiff, Wales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a high level of merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a memorable retail experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products in store, including current trends and the brand's place within the market.
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Keep up to date with current trends and the brand's place within the market, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
  • Follow all operational procedures in the store and in the stock room, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail experience.
