About the Position

As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in assisting the Counter Sales Manager with the daily operations of the sales counter, engaging with customers and suppliers both in person and via phone.

In the initial weeks of your tenure as a Counter Sales Associate, you can anticipate:

  • Contributing to sales objectives and performance indicators while ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate service.
  • Delivering friendly service and knowledgeable guidance to clients.
  • Performing stock assessments, placing orders, and restocking merchandise.
  • Receiving deliveries and fostering a professional rapport with delivery personnel.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this Counter Sales Associate position, you should have experience in a trade, warehouse, or retail setting. Additionally, you will need:

  • Proficiency in computer and keyboard skills, along with the ability to learn sales and ordering systems.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • The capacity to establish and maintain relationships.
