Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kurt Geiger. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store visual standards, and supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times, providing a personalized and engaging experience for every customer.
  • Handle stock effectively, ensuring back of house standards are maintained and the store is always well-organized.
  • Support the management team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals, working collaboratively to drive business success.
  • Be a role model for our brand, embodying the Kurt Geiger DNA and upholding our values of being Customer Focused, Brand Focused, SHINE, Driven, and Inclusive.
  • Maintain store visual standards, ensuring the store is always visually appealing and well-presented.
  • Embody the Kurt Geiger spirit, being a customer service ambassador and enjoying working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
