  • Establish suitable repayment arrangements with customers, aligning with the company's portfolio.
  • Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally, adhering to all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with the CSA code of conduct, Data Protection Act, and FCA rules.
