About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fibre optic cables and equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults in our network, ensuring minimal downtime for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our technical team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
