About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our telecommunications equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain telecommunications equipment at customer premises
  • Diagnose and repair faults with telecommunications equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve technical issues
Requirements
  • UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
  • Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to find suitable solutions for customers
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build great relationships with customers
  • Organised and motivated individual with a customer-focus
