We are seeking a skilled Commercial Loss Adjuster to join our East Anglia team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling commercial property claims up to £100k, from initial assessment to final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of claims from start to finish, ensuring optimal outcomes for both customers and the company.
  • Visit premises and sites to assess damage, write reports, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim.
  • Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of claim handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in loss adjusting, preferably in commercial property.
  • CILA qualification or evidence of progression towards it.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused and professional attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
