We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team as a Child Protection Lead Practitioner, offering a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for those looking to take their skills to the next level.

This newly developed role is part of our ongoing transformation of our social care practice, focusing on delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families through our Family Help model. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our approach and contributing to the professional development of colleagues.

The estimated salary for this role is £43,630 per annum, based on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive package of benefits including flexible working arrangements, a local government pension scheme, and annual leave entitlements.

In this role, you will be responsible for holding and managing a diverse caseload of complex child protection cases, chairing meetings with stakeholders, and providing expert guidance and support to colleagues. You will also have access to PA support and flexible working arrangements, allowing you to balance work and personal responsibilities effectively.

We estimate that this role will appeal to individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar field, who are passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
