The Role:

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to create a supportive environment for young people. You'll help them develop new skills, pursue their interests, and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Youth Engagement: Encourage and support young people in their hobbies, social activities, and friendships.
  • Daily Life Support: Assist with morning routines, prepare evening meals, and ensure a safe space for relaxation.
  • Personal Growth: Help young people set goals, achieve milestones, and experience new opportunities.

Our Offer:

  • Salary Range: £24,500 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
