Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our small but dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for a section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality food to our restaurant. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to support the creation, development, and maintenance of our inspiring recipe book, utilizing the best of local and national natural resources and ingredients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, particularly with fresh fish.
  • A strong work ethic, creative flair, and passion for fresh food and excellent service.
  • A desire to learn and grow within our team.
