Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality food to our restaurant. You will work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and maintain our menu, using the best of local and national ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with fresh fish.
  • Strong work ethic, creative flair, and passion for fresh food and excellent service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
