About the Role:- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business outcomes and ensure a positive employee experience.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, policy development, and employee relations.
- Manage and analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Policy Leadership: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support our business objectives.
- Recruitment Excellence: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent that aligns with our values and vision.
- Employee Integration: Foster a culture of collaboration and shared purpose, ensuring seamless integration of new employees and leadership.
- HR Administration: Oversee all administrative HR tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, job descriptions, and compliance processes.
- Strategic Talent Management: Provide strategic input on talent mapping, skills development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy.
- Employee Engagement & Development: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, retention, and recognition.
- Risk Management & Conflict Resolution: Manage risks and resolve conflicts in a way that upholds our company values and maintains a positive, productive workplace.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Contribute to the business by making informed, data-driven decisions that support our growth and strategic objectives.
- Competitive Compensation: Pro-rata salary range of £33k to £48k per annum for three days a week, equivalent to £55k to £80k per annum on a full-time basis.
