To find the ideal Sous Chef to join our team at The Feathers Hotel in Ludlow, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for delivering high-quality, Rosette-standard dishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in repositioning the property as a deluxe hotel kitchen, focusing on exceptional culinary experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in culinary operations, ensuring consistency and high standards across all dishes.
- Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and culinary initiatives to enhance the hotel's reputation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, meeting customer expectations.
