Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Relief Support Worker to join our team at Independent Living Solutions Ltd.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a young adult with Cerebral Palsy, providing support with daily activities and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support with morning and evening routines.
- Assist with medication administration and transfers using a hoist.
- Encourage participation in meaningful activities and therapies.
- Essential experience working with complex medical needs and administering medication.
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive a wheelchair-adapted vehicle.
- Ability to work with patience, tact, understanding, warmth, and compassion.
- Competitive hourly rate: £17.00-£19.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Ongoing training and support provided.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata.
- Free DBS check.
