About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Greensleeves Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants to provide person-centered care and support to residents.
  • Follow resident care plans to ensure each resident receives the correct care and support.
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • No specific care knowledge required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
