About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Care Assistant to join our team at Greensleeves Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team to support residents with their daily needs, following individual care plans and ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and activities
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure each resident receives the correct care and support
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
