We're looking for a talented Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join our team at Claremont Ingredients in Stoke on Trent. As a key member of our site leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining business as usual for the plant operations, improving availability and reliability of equipment, and driving a continuous improvement culture.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute the site's Maintenance strategy.
  • Use modern techniques such as TPM, RCA, RCM, and FMEA to increase equipment reliability and deliver monthly improvement plans.
  • Support the continuous improvement culture and failure analysis agenda for the site by driving CMMS data to develop action plans to permanently solve problems.
  • Resolve engineering breakdowns and implement long-term fixes using RCA.
  • Manage planned maintenance outages and events, and build a capability model with the team focusing on asset knowledge and maintenance processes.
  • Support the delivery of engineering excellence growth in responsible categories, and manage third-party contracts effectively.
  • Budget management and forecasting, and contribute to the development of annual budget projections.
Requirements
  • Multi-skilled engineer with electrical qualifications, either electrical or mechanically biased.
  • Time-served engineer with a recognised apprenticeship.
  • ONC/HNC qualification desirable.
  • Experience working with maintenance planning systems, CMMS, and management.
  • Strong understanding of H&S, IOSH qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation at the heart of your work.
