About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at a newly acquired nursing home in Chelmsford. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining exceptional care standards by ensuring clinical governance and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the team to excel daily
  • Family liaison and resident support
  • Assessments, implementation of care plans, and auditing
  • Supervising and mentoring staff
  • Promoting a positive work environment and promoting professional growth
  • Work with the wider multidisciplinary team for best outcomes
  • CQC inspection preparation and management
  • Safeguarding and risk management
  • Weekly and monthly auditing

Requirements:

  • A valid NMC Pin - RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified
  • Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care and mentorship experience
