Our client, a reputable care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Deputy Care Manager to join their team at their 64-bedded home near Chelmsford.

As a Clinical Deputy Care Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Clinical Care Manager to provide exceptional support to residents with diverse needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring and maintaining high standards of care delivered by staff
  2. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure seamless care delivery
  3. Ensuring the home is fully staffed at all times to meet resident needs
  4. Leading the wellbeing of each resident, including changes to their care and necessary actions
  5. Acting as a lead contact person for residents, their relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals
