Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager

Purosearch Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join their team in Chelmsford, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the care home
  • Monitor the standard of care provided to residents
  • Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC pin and experience as a Clinical RGN
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with residents with dementia
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
