The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Swimming Instructor to join our team at the Leys Leisure Centre in Oxford. As a Swimming Instructor, you will deliver safe, fun, and progressive lessons to students of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England learn to swim framework.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to work with people of all ages and backgrounds. You will also need to hold either a STA Award/Certificate in Teaching Swimming or Swim England (Previously ASA) Level 2 qualification. Holding a valid RLSS UK NPLQ or STA Safety Award for Teachers would be advantageous but is not essential as we can provide the necessary training.
