Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team at Procure Recruitment Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day client portfolios, ensuring effective communication and delivery of client requirements.
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Service Account Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful client relationships.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver client requirements and manage contractual SLAs.
  • Ensure all team deliverables are met on time, including weekly forecasts and invoicing.
  • Act as a client point of contact for escalations, managing issues through to resolution.
  • Plan team schedules and holidays/absences, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and team efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver client requirements.
  • Strong focus on time management and people development, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
