Job Opportunity

Central Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Account Manager, you will play a key role in leading high-level, proactive key accounts and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for all agency services and outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to add value to clients and drive sustainable account growth.
  • Work closely with the wider client services team to manage and execute client projects and campaigns, delivering high-quality work and service to encourage long-term client retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring efficient delivery of projects on time and to budget.
  • Retain overall responsibility for the profit/loss/growth achieved within key accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative and effective marketing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education to graduate/degree standard in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and growing large accounts in a digital/comms agency environment.
  • Managed Healthcare and/or Pharma clients (B2B & B2C).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong awareness of marketing principles.
  • High standard of oral and written English and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable with client pitches.
  • Good financial/commercial awareness.
  • Computer literacy with main MS Office software.
