Job Title: Business Support Administrator

Join Tower Hamlets Council as a Business Support Administrator and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to families and children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer care to parents, professionals, and members of the public through reception and telephone duties.
  • Work with parents to identify eligible children for placements and secure places in suitable settings.
  • Liaise with the Area Early Intervention Lead to maintain the physical space of the Children's Centre.
  • Assist in monitoring expenditure against budget headings and report any variances.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Level 2 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience of face-to-face interaction with parents and service users.
  • Well-developed ICT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships within the Council and external agencies.
