Dental Clinic Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Clinic Administrator to join our public dental services in Nairn. The successful candidate will also be required to work in other locations, providing exceptional support to our dental teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to dental clinics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Manage and prioritize workload, meeting the demands of the department with ease.
- Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with face-to-face contact with the public.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Desirable: experience in NHS healthcare and/or dental services, a full current driving license, and use of a car for work purposes.
Working days: Monday and Friday, 14.9 hours over 2 days.
Please note that this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
