Dental Clinic Administrator

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Clinic Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our public dental services, working closely with our healthcare team to ensure the smooth operation of our clinics.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate data
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling
- Assisting with administrative tasks and projects as needed
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in healthcare administration and/or dental services is desirable, but not essential.
Working days: Monday and Friday, 14.9 hours over 2 days.
