Dental Clinic Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Dental Clinic Administrator to join our public dental services in Nairn. The successful candidate will also be required to work in other locations, providing exceptional face-to-face customer service and supporting our team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the dental clinic team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage patient records, appointments, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Desirable: experience working in NHS healthcare and/or dental services, a full current driving license, and use of a car for work purposes.
This role requires working Monday and Friday, with a total of 14.9 hours over 2 days.
Please note that this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
