**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for leading our fitness team and ensuring that our clubs run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and motivate a team of fitness staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement fitness programs and services that meet the needs of our members and exceed their expectations.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure that the fitness department operates within budget.
  • Ensure that the fitness department is compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Leisure Club Manager to ensure that the club operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure that we have access to the best products and services for our members.
  • Contribute to the development of the club's business plan and strategy, providing input and ideas on how to improve the fitness department.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a fitness management role, preferably in a hotel or leisure environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
