**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Fitness Manager at Village Hotels. As a key member of our leisure club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness facilities and delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a team of freelance group exercise staff to deliver high-quality fitness classes and programs.
  • Develop and implement fitness strategies to drive member engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and maintain the fitness floor, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members.
  • Collaborate with the Leisure Club Manager to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operation of the fitness department.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve fitness programs and services.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a fitness management role, preferably in a hotel or leisure club environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and programming, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
