Bar Manager Opportunity at Dunluce Lodge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Dunluce Lodge, a 5-star luxury resort in Portrush. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and developing strategies to maximize food and beverage profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and train a team of bar professionals to provide exceptional service and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors and trends.
  • Oversee inventory, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
