Audit Manager

Xenon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team in the Dartford area. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients across various sectors, developing client relationships, and overseeing a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, supervising, and reviewing accounts, audit, and corporation tax for your client portfolio.
- Coordinating ad-hoc advisory work and liaising with other departments as required.
- Supervising staff and providing assistance regarding technical queries and professional development.
- Effective portfolio management, agreeing budgets with clients, and billing on agreed terms.
- Identifying new business opportunities and working with partners and directors to plan and develop the audit and assurance offering.
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified candidate with audit experience within accountancy practice.
- Proficient technical ability in IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a genuine appetite for growth.
- An analytical and well-organized approach.
- Self-motivation to take initiative for personal growth and development.
