Audit and Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our client's team in Dartford. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prestigious clients and leading a team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a varied mix of assignments, including audit, accounting, and corporate tax;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service levels;
- Organize, plan, and manage all audit and accounting assignments for the portfolio;
- Supervise and support team members to ensure successful project delivery;
- Report directly to the client engagement partner and contribute to strategic business planning;
- Participate in practice development initiatives, including networking events and business development activities;
- Collaborate with the team to further develop and support the growth of the firm.
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified or qualified by experience;
- Have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a similar practice-based role;
- Exposure to FRS 102;
- Proven experience in planning, undertaking, and finalizing statutory audit assignments;
- Proven experience in drafting and finalizing corporation tax computations for a variety of companies.
- A highly competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 dependent on experience and background;
