We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Semi Senior to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our accounting and auditing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit and accounts services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting to the Audit and Accounts Seniors and Managers, you will focus mainly on audit and accounts activities, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service.
- You will support a varied portfolio of clients from owner-managed to not-for-profit organizations, providing accountancy and taxation advice and support as necessary.
- Assist with audits from planning through to completion, liaising with the team and client where necessary.
- Support with and conduct pre-audit and post-audit meetings with clients.
- Assist in the management of a team of trainee accountants.
- Mentor colleagues, reviewing their work and encouraging prompt and high-quality delivery and service.
- Develop and expand the team's skillset through development plans and training and support.
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
- ACA or ACCA studying or qualified by experience.
- Demonstrable experience within an accountancy firm within a semi senior or senior audit and accounts role.
- Technically proficient in audit and accounts with excellent attention to detail.
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
- Able to manage own workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
