About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Manager to join our team at Gtd Healthcare. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for establishing and managing our procurement processes, ensuring compliance with UK procurement directives and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Manage contracts and tenders, ensuring compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement projects.
  • Provide expert advice on procurement options and strategies.
  • Lead on commercial negotiations with suppliers and manage contract management and review meetings.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in procurement and contract management.
  • Knowledge of UK procurement directives and legislation.
  • Contract management experience, including producing tenders and quotations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
