We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales and Revenue Manager to join our team at Talent Hive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales conversion.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description
- To manage the hotel meetings and events sales team ensuring the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times
- To review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targets
- To lead and motivate a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue
- To update weekly forecasting at set appropriate strategies
Requirements
- Previous experience within a hotel meetings and events sales department
- Ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales conversion and revenue growth strategies
