We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Nurse Leader in Acute Medicine at Swansea Bay University Health Board. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate nurse to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of patients.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. As a Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in acute medicine and a strong background in nursing leadership. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of nurses in the Acute Medical Unit
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £71,398 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
