About the Role
Mencap is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working with individuals with learning disabilities in a supported living service. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for supporting others, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to working various shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, promoting independence and well-being.
- Develop meaningful relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service, responding to changing needs and priorities.

Contract Details
This is a part-time position, with flexible hours based on availability. Shift patterns will vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A sleep-in option is also available, with an enhanced flat rate payment.
