Clean Team Member Role
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Clean Team as a Clean Team Member. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club, including gym equipment, locker rooms, and public spaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, paying attention to detail and using cleaning products effectively.
- Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the club are cleaned regularly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cleaning skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
