About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Specialist at St Bartholomews School in Newbury, United Kingdom. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer care across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services to meet the needs of our clients and staff.
  • Operate and maintain site-based equipment and cleaning materials.
  • Replenish consumables and ensure all litter bins are emptied into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to achieve excellent results.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and has a strong attention to detail. You will have:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Experience in cleaning or a related field (although training will be provided).
  • A basic level of spoken English for communication with colleagues and clients.
  • Good social skills to deliver excellent customer service.
  • A right to work in the UK.
