About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hygiene Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional deep cleaning and disinfection services to our clients in the Newbury and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough cleaning and disinfection services in various settings, including restaurants, kitchens, and other high-risk areas.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning technologies and best practices to ensure the highest level of service quality.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full UK driving licence for 2 years or over and have no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible with working hours, including regular overtime and weekend work.
  • Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
