Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club, including floors, surfaces, and equipment, to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for customers.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

  • Take ownership of your work and be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may impact the cleanliness and customer experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to our cleaning processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities maintenance role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
