About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clean Team Member to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club, including gym equipment, locker rooms, and public spaces.
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, paying attention to detail and using cleaning products effectively.
  • Interact with colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • Take pride in your work and strive to continuously improve cleaning processes and procedures.
  • Use equipment safely and efficiently, including carpet cleaners and other cleaning machinery.
  • Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from removing waste to checking stock and updating records.
