Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Management Assistant to join our team at Perfect Team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Property Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls from property owners, providing timely and effective support.
  • Log property details and issue reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate with contractors to attend site, completing all necessary documentation and updates.
  • Communicate with leaseholders and freeholders, keeping them informed of progress and timelines.
  • Update systems with completed works, costs, and other relevant information.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Property Managers and Accounts, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • In time, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on more responsibilities, potentially leading to a Property Manager role.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the property industry, specifically within a managing agent.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license, with a willingness to travel to sites as required.
