Job Overview:

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Support Lead to join our team at a highly regarded primary school in the Hillingdon area. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate SEND support initiatives to enhance student outcomes
  • Mentor and support colleagues in developing their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with teachers to design and implement inclusive lesson plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEND provision

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience working in SEND education
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
