About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team at Walsh Employment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation and leading the development of innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Infrastructure, Delivery, and Data teams, to drive decision-making processes and translate technical documentation into actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain technical and data architecture documentation, ensuring that solutions meet strategic objectives and adhere to architecture strategy and policies.
  • Manage technical risks across projects, products, and services, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Line manage and develop Solutions Architects, as well as provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a background in software development and a strong understanding of programming languages and infrastructure technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a matrix-managed technology environment, with a strong understanding of UX/UI practices and tools.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align technical solutions with business objectives.
