- Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the industrial or storage sectors
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
