Job Title: Behaviour Mentor - Primary School Experience

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Job Description:

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor with primary school experience to join our team at Aspire People. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside the class teacher and other teaching assistants to support students with everyday school life. You will also provide one-to-one and small group support to students, ensuring they are motivated, happy, and engaged.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the class teacher and other teaching assistants to support students with everyday school life
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
  • Ensure students are motivated, happy, and engaged
  • Support students with behaviour challenges

Requirements:

  • Primary school experience
  • Behaviour support experience
  • Team Teach experience is desirable
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for a new one
