Behaviour Mentor Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Behaviour Mentors to join our team at two primary schools in Brinnington, Stockport. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work alongside the class teacher and other support staff to provide individual and small group support to students with behaviour needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with behaviour needs in a one-to-one and small group setting
  • Work with the class teacher to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to students
  • Collaborate with other support staff to ensure consistent support
Requirements:
  • Experience working with students with behaviour needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for a new one
